2006 -------
I am not able to login to CVS repository. I am trying to log in to CVs for this 
first time. I am able to establish a tunnel successfully. Here is what I did:

1. establish a tunnel:
- $ ssh -2 -x -L 2401:localhost:20401 [EMAIL PROTECTED]
==>>sucessful

2. Opened a new window and excuted following cmd to initiate CVS connection:

$ cvs -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvs login
==>> Entered openoffice password but login fails-- get following error:

-channel 2: open failed: administratively prohibited: open failed
