I checked with "2.0.2 German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]" and
"Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-AT; rv:1.8.0.9) Gecko/20061211
SeaMonkey/1.0.7":
Instead of the filename "вест.odt" i see some "____.odt" in WIN EXPLORER,
seamonkey and OOo, but it was no problem to send the docuemt as E-Mail using
Menu "File - Send - Document as E-mail".
