Doing what computerhotline described, I get wrong margins too. I use German
OOo2.1 on Win XP with printer Samsung CLP-500.
It seems to me, that the unprintable area of the printer is added, although
"trim" was chosen.
OOo1.1.5 prints the same document correct.
(Use a rectangle, than you can see the effect easier.)
