The attached document is RTF. Missing text boxes are due to issue 3790 (support
for drawing shapes in RTF filter).
MRU->BRINKM: the already supported drawing shapes from RTF are imported with
incorrect position attribute. See shorter sample. The object should be placed
"horizontal to page text area" and "vertical to paragraph area".
