Cannot reproduce the problem. I tried with OO 2.1 on Win XP and on Win2000 SP4,
but the dialog opened as expected.
Maybe it is due to a "currupted" configuration. Please try to delete the
"OpenOffice.org2" folder in the "Application Data" of the "Documents and
Settings" Folder.
