I checked with "2.0.2 German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]" and found,
that the automatic text field resize does not work reliable. Steps to reproduce:

1. Open attached 'testfile1.odg'
2. click first text field
3. check Menu 'Format - Text'
   Amend height and amend width should be checked
4. Mark all page contents with <cntrl>+<a>
5. Menu 'Edit - Search and Replace'
6. Enter "text" for search and "textsize" for replace
   <Replace All>
   expected: in all text fields "text" should be replace by "textsize" and
             width of text field should be increased
   actual: sometimes as expected, mostly one or more fields with increase
           of text field height and text "textsize" chopped
