------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jan 3 17:01:09 -0800 2007 ------- Ok, I think, in fact I'm pretty sure this is related to issue #69143 which was about OOo being able to open files with strange characters in the pathname. The files that were causing the problems are all located in locations with apostrophes ( ' ) or ( / ) in the pathname. i.e. in folders named "Mo' Stuff" or "D/L Docs".
