Actually this is a locale data issue. Note also that according to
http://www.unicode.org/cldr/data/charts/main/hr_HR.html#349 different platforms
seem to be quite undecided about the date order. CC'ing 'delacko' as he
contributed the initial hr_HR locale data with issue 20613. Denis, any comments
on this issue here?
