Please see proposed changes on attached screenshot: 1. remove "Issue NUMBER" (crossed in red), as it is shown 3 times (circled in red). 2. Move block of "context" links (circled in gree) up and right and arrange them in one line. 3. Move "Jump to issue" lower (circled in blue).
