AW: FME is back from vacation, i discussed about SwViewImp::MakeDrawView() with
him. He also thinks it's not correct but an old relict. I will follow his
suggestion: change it and test the output possibilities. Together with the 2nd
set of Pre/PostDrawLayer it should work well with GetOut() if !GetWin().
