Copy is enabled only when an object is selected in the chart now. Note, that
there is still an issue: when clicking with the right mouse button, the
selection may change shortly before the context menu opens. The state of the
context menu is the old one.
E.g., when nothing is selected and you make a right click, the legend, area or
diagram is selected, but the context menu still shows no "Copy", because this
was the former state when nothing was selected.
