This is weird, the problem on MacOSX was that "Strings.hrc" was included twice,
therefore the #defines were duplicated. On FreeBSD it looks like the second
include would undefine the previously defined variables. Note that the strings
in Strings_ChartTypes.src are also declared in Strings.hrc.
->maho: Please try your build with the fixed Strings.hrc version (I added
include-guards for the MacOSX problem). Revision 1.1.2.20.
