Furthermore, shouldn't, for example, 006A (j) 0307 (COMBINING DOT ABOVE) be
considered equal to 006A (j)?
As far as I remember, Unicode defines that a precomposed letter with diacritics
(like, for example, LATIN CAPITAL LETTER U WITH MACRON) must be treated equal to
a sequence that composes such letter (like LATIN CAPITAL LETTER U + COMBINING
MACRON).
