hi,
this is not a bug !
Cell a12 contains text and therefore the value of this cell is Zero. Adding one
to a zero and format the result as a date will show the corresponding serialized
date. In this case the date for the choosen zero date plus one which results in
31st December 1899.
As you can't calculate with text, this Issue is invalid and possibly a double.
