This layout-loop is quite a hard one. Due to limited resources I have to
re-target this issue to OOo 2.3
Workaround:
By changing the wrapping style of the graphics on page 3 from "optimal" to
"none", the layout is stabalized.
OD->newbiotechnic:
As I can see from the given document, you uses a lot of empty paragraphs to
format your document. In this case you could avoid such layout-loops to change
the wrapping style of the graphics inside the table to "through". This wrapping
style doesn't stress the layout algorithm so much. I will attached your document
using this workaround.
