ok, Malte gave me an idea on how to fix this issue. Currently we create one
EditEngine and one EditEngine view for each outliner window. A better sollution
is to only have one EditEngine and use multiple EditEngine views for each
outliner window. The EditEngine already supports multiple views, the crash is
caused by the redundant data in the two open EditEngines so this should solve
the problem.
Never the less, this is a not so small rework, so I prefer not to add it this
short before code freeze of 2.2. Retargeting to 2.2.1 so I can fix it early for
the next bugfix release.
