Specification now repeated as
<http://specs.openoffice.org/appwide/packagemanager/extensionidentifiers.odt>
(it is orthogonal to both extensionversion.odt and
online_update_for_extensions.odt).
The test files are available in CVS, as I wrote before. Everybody should be
able to access them.
