Received an Extensions.zip from jl (no idea why he chose that format, needs OOo
1.x and
<http://api.openoffice.org/files/documents/22/1711/DevGuideFilter_fsxw.uno.zip>
to access the contained Extensions.fsxw), added information about
OpenOffice.org-minimal-version dependency (issue 70774) and extension
identifiers (issue 69910), and attached the resulting new Extensions.zip.
