The creation of the temp file is the default behavior of the browser and it is
not related to the OOo plugin. The same happens with other plugins. If you have
privacy reservations related to this file you should disable the cache.
The plugin has no control over the file so everything related to it must happen
in the browser.
The additional temp file indeed might be a problem of the plugin and we need to
confirm this.
