Confirming with OO 2.1 on WinXP.
1. there is too much whitespace around the object.
2. r-click the drawing on page 7, click Object and check "Keep Ration"
Checking-unchecking "Relative" for Width changes both Width and Height in cm.
See attached "sizing-problem.PNG" - circled in green before, circled in red -
after.
Doing the same for Height works just fine (sizes do not change).
