I encountered this error in my 2.1 file, but didn't know what to do about it
then. It still exists in m199. I
couldn't find m199 in the version field.
The string has two accelerators. Since all the surrounding strings do not, I'm
assuming it's an error. In
fact, error-checking routines like pofilter won't pass the file unless you also
add a second accelerator,
which is probably incorrect in production.
