------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Jan 15 00:56:36 -0800 2007 ------- 1.0 Use Avro keyboard (http://www.omicronlab.com/) or use any other Bangla keyboard layout for typing Bangla (e.g. http://www.ekushey.org/projects/shadhinota/). 2.0 Open standard en-US version of OpenOffice Writer (OOo 2.1.0 for Win XP with SP2) and start typing a Bangla sentence with numbers (using Bangla numerals). 3.0 The following will be observed: (a) Blank spaces are inserted between the cursor and the Bangla character after a number (using Bangla numerals) is typed. The number of blank spaces increase when more numbers (using Bangla numerals) are typed. (b) Blank space insertion stops (i.e. becomes normal) when Danda (|) character is typed. 4.0 A big number with at least 3 or more Bangla numerals should be typed in the Bangla sentence for the effect to be visible on the computer screen.
