The assignment of paragraph style to the outline levels doesn't work as
excepted:
- Paragraph style "Heading 10" is incorrectly assigned to outline level 1. Thus,
assignment of paragraph style "Heading 1" to outline level 1 is lost.
Note: Seems to be partly fixed in cws swqbf90 - document looks better, but
assignment still wrong
