This is not user-friendly, because most users dono that they have to do so (I had also firstly to look into the internet how to do so, after a user called me, and I am using OpenOffice every day). Would be better if there would be a button and a extra window, wherer you could enter the single list-elements by "Add" and move them up and down in the list by arrow-buttons (like MS Office handels it)...
