fs->msc: to verify:
- create a database document with connecting type dBase
- set the "Character set" option to "Cyrillic"
- create a table with at least one text field
- try to enter an "รค" into this table
=> in the error message which (rightfully) opens then, check that the character
set is properly named (behind the "More" button)
In the MWS builds, something like "$charset" is shown in the error message, in
the CWS, this should be fixed.
