------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jan 17 07:55:57 -0800 2007 ------- It's getting more interesting :) . Sometimes documents show open in the Recent Documents and sometimes they don't. Fortunately, I figured out when they do and when they don't. If you have a document on your desktop and you open it directly from that location (by using a double click), it shows up in the Recent Documents and in OOo. But, when you open a document in OOo (via File > Open) and NOT that document is not added to the Recent Documents. Opening that exact same document directly from the desktop (not via OOo) does add it to the Recent Documents. It seems that, when you open a document directly from the desktop, that GNOME adds the document to Recent Documents and not OOo. But perhaps I am wrong on that conclusion. Possible solution: If this is correct, what should happen (I guess, since I have never taken a look at the OOo codebase) is that the code to add a document to the Recent Documents should be moved from saving to opening. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
