I checked with "2.1.0 German version WIN XP: [680m6(Build9095)]" and was not
able to reproduce any of the problems:
- The "select address list" button is shown without truncation
- no unexpected grayed out button
Unfortunately I can not check the "only in German available" problem, because I
use the German localisation.
Closing issue due to reporter's inactivity as WFM.
Pls. feel free to reopen this issue if you find out that the problem is still
existing with a current stable OOo version.

Please mention that you have to open a new issue for every problem you observe,
non such "I see several problems ..." issues as issue 67268.
Please contribute a clear step by step instruction containing containing all
obervations (error messages ...), every key press and every mouse click how to
reproduce the problem, often it is important to do a step exactly as the
reporter did, any little deviation will make it impossible to reproduce the
problem.
And please: contribute a brief description for your screenshots!
