Components.fsxw and ScriptingFramework.fsxw contain places which still need to
be changed, for example because it describes the structure of a legacy
extension. Search for "jl" in order to find them.
Since Extensions.fsxw is a new chapter, it has no marked changes. In the other
documents the changes are marked (set Edit->Changes-Show)
Because the chapter 4.9 Deployment Options for Components has been removed,
respective reference, for example [CHAPTER:Components.Deployment.PackageInstall]
are invalid. I have replaced occurrences with references to Extensions but I
have probably overlooked some.
