found the problem, when updating while loading the slide is cloned from the
bookmark document, not moved, therefore the replaced pointer pointed to the
slide in the bookmark doc.
Fixed by checking after SdrModel::Merge if the newly inserted page is the page
from the bookmark doc, if not replace the bookmark doc page pointer in the
custom shows with the newly inserted...
