The touchpad does not work at all, but the program behaves the same way. I will add these comments to the online issue report. I have attached screen shots in .pdf format. I realize that the deletion with the backspace key is natural, I only meant to point out that I was essentially deleting my text boxes accidentally. BTW: I was very impressed with the speed to which you answered by bug report. Hats off to you! Thank you for your professionalism. I will be making a donation to OOo soon.
