A simpler set of steps to reproduce: Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Tools->Options.. Dialog 2. Select OpenOffice.org->View Dialog 3. Set 'Icon size' to 'Automatic' 4. Click OK to close the Dialog 5. Do steps 1 & 2 again It will be noticed that the 'Icon size' setting shows 'Large'. Issue does not arise for any other setting. Further testing revealed that this issue is independent of the 'Icon style' setting.
