Hi,
your assumption that Mac OS X filesystem is case insensitive is wrong
(#i69814#).
to-be-m200 breaks in boost - it can't generate 680minor.mk.
Using older dmake worked as well as removing
CASE_INSENSITIVE_FS=true
in dmake/configure.
On Mac OS X, it is the default to have case insensitive fs, but it is optional
during install...
