AS->TM: Please verify this task again. Against german translations you have to
check other languages too. E.g. chinese, japanese etcpp. Because these
languagepacks was wrong encdoded too.
If you finished this task JB should have a look on the installation set too, to
verify if
all languagepack mechanism for installation was full filled !
