All those promote/demote buttons in Navigator work as "Promote with subpoints"
(resp. "demote with subpoints"). When you have promoted a Level 2 heading to
Level 1, the Heading 2 below becomes a subchapter of this heading, thus, it will
be moved to Level 3 when the (new) heading 1 above will be demoted to Level 2.
If you want to promote/demote without subchapter, use the buttons from the
Numbering-Toolbar.
