The fix is indeed very similar to the one for issue 72678.
In the fix from there bit 57 still triggers the CJK-heuristic though, since most
fonts going beyond the baseplane nowadays use it for CJK coverage. Cardo is
obviously not one of them...
I think it is reasonable to ignore bit 57 for the heuristic since CJK capable
fonts have them in the baseplane too and indicate this with other bits.
