I think FME raised the right question: does this be a bug really?
It is the same with every hard attribute, e.g. for paragraphs:
If you assign a (user) style to a paragraph and a hard attribute (e.g.
centered), you will get in the XML file an automatic style. Its parent will be
your user style.
So I don't think it a good idea to create export depencies to the used style,
you have to consider the parent styles as well.
