So where's the other half? Since Phillip sadly assigned this to me, I have to
say I don't like "half" patches from an extremly experienced developer who is
able to to the craziest things to configmgr, sal/rtl, and the like :)

Other than that, I would not like to simply hide this option without having a
consistent idea how to replace it (the more since the generic picker doesn't
have a "bExtensionTypedIn", so there the functionality would be lost
completely). That said, as the de-facto owner of the OOo file picker, I am not
willing to simply copy this patch.

If we really want to embark on a solution for all picker implementations, I
suggest we get - no, not a spec - but an *idea* how to offer the functionality
when the check box is gone.
