Please verify that your NFS server and/or client are running the NFS lock
daemon. In some distributions, it is enabled separately. I think Fedora
requires "chkconfig --levels 35 nfslock on; /etc/init.d/nfslock start". Then,
running "rpcinfo -p hostname_foo" should show it running.
