The compatibility option 'Consider wrapping style when positioning objects'
cannot be saved. The setting is lost as soon as you leave the Options Dialog.

To reproduce:
- open writer
- go to Tools > Options > OpenOffice.org Writer > Compatibility
- enable Consider wrapping style when positioning objects
- close and reopen the options dialog
-> setting is disabled

Tested with OOo 2.1 and OOF680m2

I the "Use as default" butten is used, the setting gets stored to the default
template. (Close and reopen OOo -> setting has changed)
