The Extension Manager uses the update information service to obtain the content
of update information files which are located somewhere on the server. When
this content is wrong, for example:

-no content at all
-no xml text
-malformed xml

then the call to getUpdateInformation should deliver an error. Currently the
call just returns.

Perhaps the service com.sun.star.task.InteractionRequestStringResolver can be
used to provide already localized messages.

Testcase
---------
Install info1.oxt, info2.oxt, info3.oxt from
desktop/test/deployment/update/defect. the readme tells you what the differences
are. All three contain an URL that points to openoffice.org where the
corresponding update information files are located.
