The ruler supports two kinds (distinguished by their id) of column items to show
either table columns or table rows depending on the selection and orientation.
Under normal circumstances the StateMethod (SwView::StateTabWin) provides one
item set and the second disabled or both are disabled. To not overwrite the set
value with the unset values the ruler requires that the same kind of item to be
disabled to delete the internal copy.

When an OLE object is activated directly after a table selection only one of the
two items is updated with a state 'disabled'. The other (which contains the
table row data) stays active.
