This is a known problem. Some of he tables lower in the document have that
property "wrap around table". This is not available in OO Writer - thus these
tables are imported inside a frame. Someimes this leads to the fact that the
frame islocated on the wrong page.
See issue 13791.
When swiching of this feature in these tables in MS Word OOO will be able to
import this correctly.
