Take new speadsheet document.
Draw rectangle, contextmenue area, tab color, define new color and save the
palette as userdefined color table.
Set the rectangle area to the new color.
Define a cell style with this color as background and apply it to a cell.
Write something and style the characters in the new color.
Save this spreadsheet as document template.
close OOo

Open OOo.
Open the new document template for editting. Notice, that the palette has
changed to "standard".
Goto rectangle - contextmenue - area and load the self defined color table.
Save the template, but leave it open.
Goto new document and start a new document based on this template.
Open the 'fill cell background" list in the toolbar.
Crash! Sometimes you will not get the crash immediately but see an empty palette
before.

I knew, that it is no good idea to generate a document on a template which is
open. But there is no crash, when I use the standard color table. Therefore I
think, that the crash reason must be connected to using a userdefined color
table.

I have generated three bugreports. The last one was generated like described
above. E-Mail [EMAIL PROTECTED], IDs will follow asap.
