Hi *,
I received a doc-document, with special characters.
Opening it in OOo Writer, shows blocks on most places.
I looked at the hex-codes, as provided by both programs (Instert|Symbol /
Insert|Special Character)
The results:
Character

Arial 0058 | U+0058
Symbol OOC4 | U+F0C4
Symbol 00BE | U+F0BE
