SP2 installed, using OOo 2.0.3. I have not been able to reproduce the bug by adding a PNG image to page background in new OpenOffice Writer document and saving it as a "doc" file, closing it and then reopening it in OpenOffice. The given file opens in Ms Word 2003, but with high CPU usage.
