2005 -------
Added a new sd/source/ui/tools/SlotStateListener class to listen for changes in
the .uno:VerticalTextState slot. When that happens then the new
LayoutMenu::InvalidateContent() method is called for replacing the set of
displayed layouts by one that reflects the new settings.
In ViewShellImplementation::ProcessModifyPageSlot() the guard against invalid
AutoLayout ids was corrected to include the layouts that cover vertical writing.
