Removing formatting with Strg+Shift+Space will remove the percentage
permanently.
I confirm it for the attached document for OOo2.2m5, but cannot reproduce it
with a new document.
I think, P2 is to high, because it is only a formatting, can by workaround
easyly, and is not reproducable for a new document.
