2005 -------
- open the attached database document
- select the two forms therein, and delete them
  (you may need to select another object category, and then "Forms", again, to
  work around issue 43880)
- Edit|Delete
- in the confirmation dialog, select "Delete all"
=> only "Form 1" is deleted, "Form 12" isn't

It seems that the object names are somehow responsible for this: If the forms
are named "Form 1" and "Form 2", everything is fine, only if the first name is a
complete prefix of the second name, deletion doesn't work for the second object.
