I have even generated .pdf from your "prova.odt" and that also has two lines. On attached screenshot please see your "prova.pdf" (top left corner, circled in green), your "prova.odt" (circled in blue to the right) and your "Immagine1.PNG" (at the bottom, circled in red). I think that Acrobat on your machine renders the file incorrectly.
