Not fixed completely:
on win32, disable entrys in version.ini by putting a hash (#) in front of entry
starting OOo for the first time by calling soffice.exe
starting extension manager: Tools->Extensions
adding extension e.g. simpleLicense.oxt
unfold all, leave selection on shared extensions
-> close
-> freeze/looping OOo
only seen on win32, not reproduceable on solaris
